We also used Zazachat on multiple sites but after a while of testing some major bugs appeared. Biggest problem were the continuous losing of chat messages. In some chats 3 or more messages were lost and that's everything but professional. The Zazachat support confirmed the problem and they promised to fix the bug but nothing happens. I've canceled both accounts after 2 months of waiting and we are using LiveZilla now and everything works as it should. Zaza looks good on the first sight but I can't recommend it.

Probably the easiest to use and the most powerful live chat software on the market. Easy to install as well. Using it on 6 of my websites but pay only for one license as it allows multiple sites on one account. Definitely recommend
