I concur with Thomas. I just set up a test of the service for a client and was surprised at how easily it worked. I do wish I could customize more of the text messages in various places.

I'd recommend OggChat to anyone who wants a powerful and simple to use live chat solution. I was able to set it up in about 5 minutes and was answering customer chats almost immediately. Great product, cool that I can use it from GMail.
