As I found out live chat enables the operators to give instant online customer support through the website. This can substantially contribute to increasing sales volume of your products and services. This service is extremely competitive in terms of price/quality ratio compared to that of the competitors. How it works. When website visitors have questions or need support, they click on a Live Assistance button on the website, which opens a private messaging window. The visitor fills in the pre-defined information fields, adds a question, and then clicks on the "Start Chat" button. The customer service representative (operator) receives the call and reviews the information. If the call is accepted, the operator and site visitor communicate with each other via text messaging. How much is it. This site is doing its best to make the customers happy with the reasonable pricing policy on one hand and high quality of the services and software on the other.
